Barium Fluoride is a white colored powder which finds application in manufacturing of optical lenses, infrared spectroscopy, and for fuel oil analysis. It has chemical formula BaF2 with molecular weight of 175.34 g/mol and high density 4.893 g/mol. This compound is also considered as most common scintillator for X-rays & gamma rays detection. It is also used for glazing frits & enamel production and also as preopacifying agent. In metallurgy, Barium Fluoride is utilized as molten bath for aluminum refining. It is known to have very high melting and boiling points of 1368 & 2260 degrees Celsius respectively.
Being a highly effective, lean and fast-moving organization, we are highly instrumental in providing an extensive array of Barium Fluoride.
